If you want to understand out-of-pocket expenses such as co-pays, coinsurance, deductibles, etc., before scheduling with us, please complete the following form. We will follow up with you regarding your benefits within one business day.

We are out-of-network with all other insurance providers. However, for those interested in using their out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide the necessary paperwork so you may request any reimbursement to which you are entitled.

Insurance & Billing Policy

Waterbrook Therapy partners with Headway to manage insurance verification, copayments, and automated billing for all ongoing therapy sessions. Please note that any account balances or payments incurred prior to September 1, 2026, remain under Waterbrook’s direct administrative control.

Fees

• Initial Consultation: $175

• Individual Therapy: $150

• Couples Therapy: $150 (Waitlisted)

• Family Therapy: $150 (Waitlisted)
