Out-of-network

We are out-of-network with all other providers. We can provide paperwork so you may request reimbursement you are entitled to.

Insurance & billing policy

Waterbrook partners with Headway to manage insurance verification, copayments, and automated billing for ongoing sessions. Balances or payments incurred before September 1, 2026 remain under Waterbrook's direct administrative control.
